Accompanying people and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
Registration cannot be transferred.
Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount.
Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fully filled.

Cancellation And Refund Policy:
No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 10th January 2025.
All requests for cancellation must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only.
Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before 10th January 2025 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
NO REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received through email after 10th January 2025.
Refunds, if any will be processed post-conference within 20 days.
A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.
Payment Mode:
An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in Favor of the South ISAR 2025 and send it along with a duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat.
